I am more interested to know if there are any particular symptoms. I know a certain cajun spice (something red) makes my throat swell and burn, cinnnamon and red pepper makes me sneeze like crazy, and I just ate some nuts and my vision went off (I felt cross eyed). The nuts say they have paprika on them. Any ideas?

Controlled testing in a safe environment. You absolutely don't want to get hurt experimenting, but if you can do a controlled test where you eat something without paprika and have no problem, and then wait an hour or two and try something with paprika (and so forth for the other spices) you can figure out what you're allergic to, if anything, and what you're not.

Also, make sure these aren't just in the air and irritating you - dust and pepper spice in the air makes me sneeze, but if you don't aerate them, you're okay. If it's simply on the food, and you react, that's a clue.

You could call a doctor. I'm allergic to something or some combonation of somethings in Prego sauces (can't figure out what) and it makes my legs break out in hives but nothing else.
