how can i make it harder?
i bought a floor to ceiling ball, and i was preety good even though i havent used one in ages, this one is tied on my tree
how can i make it harder, ive loostend the strings, i want more of a challange
mind u i got smacked in the nose lol

Try hitting it while blindfolded, if that won't make it harder, I don't know what will : P

you asked a similar question. the floor-to-cieling ball I imagine is what many call a "headache bag"

you can use that to search google or yahoo and find different exercises. you also might want to look on youtube.
