Bread&Chocolate would be cool, have a place with your regular breads, bagels in the morning, and little treats like chocalate chip cookies. That would be nice. But it practically tells you the store is called "carbs" =)

There's already one in Boston called Flour. I'd recommend naming your restaurant after your best product, such as "Foccacia" or "Sourdough."
