my bed frames break a lot (wheels bend). i'm average weight so it must be from "playing around". can i use two box springs? what is advantage disadvantage of this

Replace the wheels with pegs. Any bedding store or Value City.

I would think a new, sturdier bed frame would be cheaper and easier than a second box spring. Another thing to consider is the kind of bed frame that's like a metal or wood sleigh bed. These are kind of expensive, though ($500 at least for a king-size bed). But, they're very sturdy.

If you want to use two box springs, there's no reason you can't. I just think it would look a little strange, since most bedding doesn't completely cover down to the floor and you would see the second box spring all the time.

Sure, you can use two box springs under your mattress. Actually it will probably offer more support than one box spring on the bed frame. I would recommend just going with one box spring instead of two for better performance as mattresses aren't designed to sit on top of two box springs.

go to wal mart get a new bed frame. one w/o wheels. or better yet take the other 3 wheels off.

why does you bed have wheels anyway? where is it going?
