Most florists use flowers grown in a greenhouse all year round anyway--so it doesn't really matter so much what would grow outside.

If you are looking for in-season due to price--flowers like roses are provided year round. Same with most lillies (calla lillies) and carnations. Also much greenery can be provided year round--palms, bear grass, firs.

Of course Christmas planets--like poinsettas--will still be around.

But as I said, since they are using greenhouse anyway--it doesn't matter much.
