These are Indian curries. The main ingredient is whatever you want it to be, including vegetables. Phall is extremely hot, Karahi is fairly spicy, Dansak is mild.

Handi ~Eggplant,Poatatoes, bell peppers, ground ginger, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cinnamon, garlic and tomatoes.
(usually it's served spicy but some resturant ask how you would like the dish prepared)

Karahi ~ Garlic and ginger sauce, tomatoes (karahi is a special pan in which it is cooked in) served with chicken or lamb. (served medium in spiciness)
I personally like it with Chicken better

Phall ~ usually served with lamb, garlic, ginger, pasata, tomatoes, chilies. This is the hottest curry.

Dansak ~ is herb flavored and lentils are the major ingredient!

Most of them are what were eaten by the staff the day before,
they then resell the next day, fresh from the rear wardrobe.
