Yes the only wine you don't chill is red, which should be left to breath at room temp before drinking.

White wine should be chilled and red stays out, but it depends...some people like their white wine at room temp. My opinion is stick it in some ice. Walaaa...enjoy. CHEERS! Save me a glass?

to give it a better flavor? chiled items seem to go dpwn better than warm drinks like wine...Scotch on the rocks seems better than warm..
