I like to cook with pineapple. I like the smell of cinnamon cooking. I love to smell evergreen. In the kitchen I love to make carrot cakes. I love to please guest that eat at my home. I like to please my husband with the things I cook whether it's special or everyday dishes. I love to fixed a dish that my mom really, really likes (she is , or was a wonderful cook, she's 89 now), I love to hear laughter at my table. I love to have a group of friends or family over for a meal or a gathering. I love to help a child cook, to see the wide eye wonder on the face when the end result appears!

Crocodiles and their intrigueing ways.
90's flowy skirts.
The reflection of the sun on a sparkling ocean in Cornwell.
Sitting in a field and watching the wind make the long grass look like waves of silver across green.
Singing disney songs with kids
and
being able to lay back in a tree somewhere in a forest and listen to the wind russling through the tree's and know that life is the most precious gift in the world.

Besides answering your questions? what a suck up I am,,,lol my favorite things are spending quality fun time with people I love, rain, especially at night, the sound of a train in the middle of the night, great music, great food, a bloody mary made just right, reading great books, great movies, being with people with a hilarious sense of humor, great hair days, watching my son play baseball,,when he strikes someone out the look on his face is priceless, also finding a great pair of jeans that make me look great=0) (does that look like a face?) xoxo

Beef Tenderloin done medium rare, with Bernaise sauce....Steamed whole lobster with a big cup of melted butter...linguine tossed with olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, mussels, clams, shrimp and scallops - topped with freshly grated parmesan....eggs benedict with my homemade hollandaise...a great bottle of pinot noir or red zin....a nice, dark beer, like Summits Great Northern Porter or Guinness...hmmm....yummmmm.....
