You might want to consider landing at John Wayne (SNA). Then the drive to Disneyland will be about 15 mins and less traffic to boot.

Distance From Lax To Disneyland

Fly into John Wayne if you can and your main purpose is to go to Disneyland not LA. John Wayne is in Orange County and would take about 10-20 minutes to get to Disneyland and there won't be crazy LA traffic.

If you are stuck with LAX expect about an hour on average, could be more or less depending on the time of day.

It's about 45min between the two areas when there is little traffic. However, it can be as far as three hours with traffic. The distance itself is about 40 miles. If you take a look at the Los Angeles area, the airport is right by the ocean, right between Culver City and El Segundo. Disneyland California is in Anaheim, which is in northern Orange County.

The distance according to mileage would be about 28 mins, but being LA, a lot will depend on the time of day/night you will be driving.
If you arrive early morning or mid afternoon during the week, the work traffic will be at it's worst which could mean up to 2-3 hours of bumper to bumper traffic.
In between the work hours still would be around one or more hours.
Real late or super early (12 am -4am) would be the best time especially coming from out-of-town.
Allow for the worst possible time and be careful.
I've driven across the USA 3 times and LA still scares the BG's out of me.

About half an hour...if traffic is flowing. In LA it all depends on traffic....if you have an option to either leave early or wait later in order to avoid rush hour traffic...that's the best thing you can do for yourself. It could take you up to an hour if traffic is horrible, but that's unlikely if you plan right.

During non-traffic hours about 40 minutes, with traffic it can be about 1 1/2 hours or more.

The distance is about 40 miles. Good traffic flow would be almost an hour...bad traffic...2 hours.
