Kegel excersizes. They actually sell something to help you with those excersizes. Go to www.drugstore.com and go to the sexual well-being section. Look up the word "kegel".
It won't make you as tight as you originally were, but it will help tone up loosened muscles and help control the "tension" and muscle control in that area during...you know. =)

Doing kegel exercises will help, by sitting on the bathroom toilet you can start learning to do them by starting and stopping urine flow, or you can pretend to stop urine flow if you don't have to urinate, anyway once you know what it feels like to tighten the muscles, then you can do it anywhere, doing the exercises several times a day, holding for 10 seconds, then releasing, then holding for 10 seconds, then releasing. You can do this as many times throughout the day as you feel necessary.

youre 'you know' is just like any other muscle in your body. you need to exercise it for it to become tighter. Try using a dildo/or anything relatively shaped like one(making sure its clean of course) and experiementing with it. when you have it inside of you, practive tighting and losening your muscles. within a few weeks you should be in tip-top shape. :)
