i keep having a reoccuring dream where i'm in a hotel room or an apt but part of it is open with a stairs leading upwards and there the doors are open into the lobby or a public room so i worry about people coming inside into my space....

Well, it basically sounds like you feel you don't have enough privacy in your life, and maybe have a hard time setting personal boundaries where others are concerned... maybe also a possibility that you feel others might be looking down on you? I'm getting an impression of local gossip causing you problems...

Its just a thought dont think so much,do this excersice,
go in the room sitdown,
close ur eyes
u will find thoughts comming
dont go in that
u will find darkness
try 2 concentrate
sometime u will feel ur eyes a silent pain
keep concentrating u will find blue color bomming
still c to it
do this wenever u reach home or in the morning
u will find ur confidence improving
its xprienced by me trust me
and mail me wat happened

Sounds like you're feeling like your private life is not very private and that makes you feel vulnerable. We all need boundaries at times.
