It doesn't help the taste or texture, but there's really no harm in it.

What do you mean by bad?
It won't hurt you. Refreezing will prevent microbial activity that will cause food poisioning, but the quality of the food will be poor (taste, etc.).

Not recommended. If it is ground beef, try browning it first, drain off the fat, then freeze -- that way you have part of your prep work already done for some of your recipes.

depends on type/ chicken no! pork maybe! beef yes! for a short time maybe 3 days. Fish no!
