Why not make out as much and do more "sweet" things like taking a stroll in public hand-in-hand? Share some ice cream, things like that. That way, you vary things quite a bit and making out wouldn't feel/get "samey" all the time.

Why not just having a romantic dinner together, spend time alone, talk, tell her how beautiful she is, touching her. Touching is for sure very sexual. All this leads to different things. She'll know know how much your into her and actually its very exciting to see how romantic a guy can be, a big turn on. Alot of things will lead into much more....and the answer made by Suzie Q, oral sex is NOT safe sex. You can catch alot of things by mouth.

its not always about phyisical contact although i think it is important. Do somthing for her like make her a nacklace or card or wright her a song. the feelings that you will both get from this expierence will be amazing. Learn to show her you care in other ways and you will learn how she likes to be pleased.....

Kisses are good. But are vastly underused. My boyfriend loves having his chest kissed, and I go crazy for attention on my neck and my back. Neither of those are particularly "dirty," are they?
In terms of romance and all that jazz, take her out for dinner someplace nice, or invite her round to yours for a candlelit dinner. Remember when you had to impress your girlfriend back in the early days? Well, she's the same girl, she still likes to be made to feel special you know!
