Well i am pretty sure if you were having one it would be too late anyways. On another note people dont realize what bad sinuses or a bad sinus infection can do to you. Did you know that bad sinuses or infection can make you hallucinate , have headaches , blurred vision and many other problems.

XXangel hit the common symptoms. The brain is divided into regions that have different functions, so the symptoms of an aneurysm depend on where it is located. For example, if an aneurysm develops in the speech center, speech is affected. Almost anywhere in the brain, an aneurysm can cause headaches, disrupted sleep, and mood changes. Perception and thought processes are generally not a symptom because these processes are distributed over a large area, and the loss of a small area from an aneurysm is unlikely to have much effect - but its possible perception could be affected. Many times, the first symptom of an aneurysm is death.
You cannot determine whether or not you have an aneurysm without a special type of x-ray or other imaging.

An aneurism will have symptoms of:
Blurred or distorted vision
slurred or unable to speak
not being able to walk or move extremities at all or not moving them correctly.
The way people percieve things after an aneurism is usually that they don't know where they are, who they are, or who other people are, and become disoriented and angry very easily. Some may even become violent.

I don't know that everyone can tell they have an aneurysm. In my case I didn't. An eye Doctor saw something that didn't look right, he sent me to a neurologist. He discovered the aneurysm & did surgery to coil it & put in stint. Never knew I had it or felt anything. Have been told some people have migrane type headaches.
