The vertical growth has less to do with age, though 18 is about the max, it has more to do with genetics, lip posture, tongue posture, and breathing habits. If you don't have enough or are worried it will be more, neither will change. You should probably consult an orthodontist to check how your teeth bite together. Sometimes you can correct some vertical dimension issues with good orthodontics.

Vertical growth of your upper jaw is the last thing to stop growing. For men, it slows down arfter 17-18 (women 15-16.) It may still grow, but not that much. If you are planning on surgery, wait until you are 18 (16 for females.)

NOT THAT MUCH, MOST OF THE GROWTH WILL STOP AROUND 18 YEARS WITH EACH YEAR HAVING LESS AND LESS GROWTH.
