my favorite appetizers are potato wedges and battered mushrooms.

Bean dip with tortilla chips
2 large cans of re-fried beans
1 small chopped onion
1 small can of green chilies drained
1 small jar or can of sliced black olives
2 cups of Sharp Cheddar cheese
16 oz of Sour Cream
Layer everything in a 9x13 container starting with beans and topping off with the Sour Cream. It tastes better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours, so make ahead.

hot wings with home mixed ranch dressing with celery & carrot sticks on the side. then it is home made battered zuchinni (i think the spelling is wrong & this spell check is bad) & mushrooms & nachos
