She is most likely trying to work through a stomach flu. You have no need to worry unless she is getting dehydrated. More than 8 watery stools in 12 hours, or uncontrollable throwing up. Lay off the milk products and make sure she is drinking plenty of pedialyte or gatorade. Signs of dehydration include no tears when crying, tiredness, dry mouth, and stiff skin. Keep an eye on her and she'll be fine.

She's fine. Just feed her something different. She probably ate something rotten. Vomitting and pooping tell you she's working it out of her system. That's just common sense.
You don't have to waste time and money dragging your baby to the doctor for every little normal thing. You risk exposing your baby to worse sickness in the waiting room with 50 sick kids coughing, sneezing, and farting all over each other.

It could be something like the flu but it could also be an allergy or reaction to some food she's eating or substance she's getting into. It could also be an indication of a problem that's not seemingly related to her stomach. Even if she's showing no other symptoms, she should definitely go to the doctor for a check up.

She should have been to the doctor days ago. Never hesitate when it comes to your child being sick as well as having diarrohea as children can dehydrate very quickly.

Definitely take the baby in to get checked out. Major concerns at this age are dehydration. Give lots of fluids and get her in ASAP.

I would call the dr. and tell them what's going on, i'm sure they will want to see her. Make sure she is getting plenty of fluids such as pedialyte to prevent dehydration...that is very important! Give her bland foods like toast and crackers to try to put something on her stomach. Hope she gets better soon!
