I know it sounds odd. Ok, so I don't think my butt is too wide nor do i think it protrudes out too far. But, I think it's too long, not saggy- but long. It's awkward...so take a look at these:

Squats and lunges!!! You can do them while you brush your teeth...
Also running is good to tone your butt, as it's tone it will shrink up so you'll have a cute little round butt :-)

Honest opinion, the glutes in the first picture looked healthier. The second one just looked like she was wearing the bikini bottoms wrong, around her hips instead of up over the leg.

If you want to tone your butt, trying cycling, but especially running. That will zap your butt.

Sorry, I don't think there is much you can do to change the actual proportions. Just make sure you don't get really low rise jeans as they'll only come half way up!

to make it longer ..I don't think so..when you work out, it will lift and round up and tighten but not longate it.
