If the 1st secondary tooth comes in squinty, will this straighten out in time? There appears to be not enough room, that was until anoth milk tooth fell out.

everyone is different..most likely dental work will be needed if you want perfect straight teeth.

it all depends because while there may not be enough room themouth in question will grow with its owner and may straighten out. if not a brace will fix it when all of their 2nd teeth are in

the secondary teeth are your permanent teeth & if they are coming in crooked someones gonna need braces. my kids jaw bones were to small to support so many teeth & they had to get them around 10 or twelve yrs. old...and it is a genetic thing but in my case it skipped a generation, thank God!

It may straiten, it may not. It depends on what happens once all the adult teeth are erupted (except the wisdoms). Nothing can be done until you are getting close to that point anyway.

my baby teeth were straight but when they fell out and grew back that stopped. this person will most likely need braces when they're older.

um usually if you have crooked milk teeth you will have bad 2nd ones and need braces

check with your dentist sometimes they will remove a` good `first tooth to prevent problems later in life .
