For ladies, which one of the above is more important. Intelligence also relates to the level of education, appearance not only a handsome face but also body tone, and humor is pretty much self explanatory.
If you had to rank them from most important to least important, what would the order be?

intelligence, humour (life will be very dull without it), appearance. all of us will be ugly and wrinkled someday, I once read that we should choose a partner with whom we really enjoy talking to because talking is pretty much the only thing we could do when we grow old.

See, I'd have broken down humor more. You broke down appearance and intelligence. What about breaking down sense of humor, not only into cheerfulness and readiness to laugh but to what it is you laugh at, i.e. sensibility, taste and values as revealed in sense of humor.

Intelligence, as related to common sense, then education( there are alot of people educated beyond their intelligence)

Ideally, humour and intelligence would come before appearance, and I'd like to say that they are the most important.
This said, there obviously has to be some degree of physical attraction to ensure a healthy relationship.

Its a toss-up between humor and intelligence. yet i won't be able to stand an fool that thinks he's humorous.on the different hand i won't be able to take care of an clever guy that has no sence of humor. visual charm is purely too concept after.Makes for a shallow/boastful guy.

Appearance is kinda subjective...as long as the guy looks presentable enough to YOU, it doesn;t really matter.
