Hi, I am a HK person living in Canada , however, I applied several jobs in HK with my HK address and phone number. I received over 7 responses on phones and emails. I applied IT jobs and I recently got CCNA networking certificate. Is it really that easy to get a job in HK??

It is easy to get a GOOD job only if you meet the following criteria: you have a specialization and or sufficient experience in a field that is sought after (i.e., IT, finance, management, etc.), and you are fluent in both Cantonese-Mandarin and English. Otherwise, you can get a very low-paying job but as you probably know the cost of living there is so high that you won't make ends meet.

As long as you speak fluent English and some Chinese and have some basic common sense, I guarantee that, nine times out of ten, you will be able to find a good job.

actually no. its not that easy to get a job in hong kong. there are a lot of people in hong kong that are currently unemployed. I think its easier for you to get a job becuase they do require people to be at least bilingual. And a lot of people in hong kong can only speak cantonese.
