What is it about me that keeps them away? This has been happening for years. It sucks.
I usually smile back at people who smile at me so that shouldn't be the problem. I'm not ugly [I'm not gorgeous, either.] I act confident. What's the problem? Aren't I doing everything right? I know you'll say I should approach them but I'm shy, even though I don't come off as it.

being a pretty confident girl myself im pretty sure i understand whats going on here. believe it or not guys are humans. some of them are just very shy! maybe they feel youre out of their league, or they just dont know what to say that won't make them look like a total weirdo. beauty can be very intimidating and they don't want to be rejected, it would crush their little egos =p
if you find a guy youre attracted to maybe you should approach him. the dating scene works both ways ya know.

U don't need 2 do anything. If they can't approach u, that's their loss. Listen, guys sometimes get intimidated, for reasons women would never understand.
The one that does approach you, has the courage, the drive, and the ambition every girl wants in a (key word -) man. He will be worth your time.

lol i had the same problem too till i started dating on line.i use to go out a lot so i can meet people who can aprouch me but no luck.i joined on line and i met a guy and we are dating no hum on trying it too.

sack up and approach them. or wait years and end up settling for someone who is mediorse.
