As I have aged I find that older women are more attractive with shorter hair at times. Younger look better with long to me, but that is a stigma I think we as men have placed on them.
A woman that has short hair and still takes care of themselves means they are busy and they know it. Long hair isn't a big deal to them and they are ok with who they are. I like a woman with strength!

Of course. Short hair reveals the beauty of the eyes, lips and face. Can't do that with their mane in their face.

it depends on the [FACE] that goes with the short hair. For example, Brittney Spears would look fabulous with short hair, but Oprah Winphey would look, not so good.

of course.but--- i think male's mind is concentrated to the looks of the girls. they at the outside beauty.. and of course not all short hair ladies are beautiful though they are beautiful inside....
