This is kalyug.
Truth will ultimately vanish n then Vishnuji will come as Kalki.
The Good people will survive , while the evil will b wipped off.
Donot worry my friend, it is the oldest survivng religion n will remain so till the end n reappearing of world.
It is " God's Own Religion"

Such questions have been apposed my many people any great scholars have given their own answers . This complicated ques has become a common ques .So here i answer- the fact we must understand is that strenthening any religion depends on the belief that is kept on that religion name it ,lets take HINDU ,we need to have belief on it .Hinduism is one of the oldest and one of the powerful religion .U might ask fo proof we got look back at the ancien scriptures, then came on the Muslims,Christians, Jains and others .Ther is no scriptures that teaches u in detail about the DHARMA and ADHARMA,i.e.,the duties to be done rightly and duties that u r not suppose to do .The reason y the growing is declining in India and inthe west is becos people r not able follow the principle I agree that following the principles mentioned in the Hindu scriptures r not easy and they need practise .But we can follow some besic principles. But peoples of , let it be Indians or the people at the west r not willing to follow the basic principles and want to lead their life stylishly and to their way and thati is the main reason for the decline of Hinduism in India and as well as in the west too.

Who said that?Hinduism is not a religion that it should grow.It is a truth that should be experienced and realised.
People in Western world, who usually accept everything on the basis of logical thinking, thorough reasoning and experimentation embraced hinduism several decades ago.Vegetarianism today is practiced by nearly 10 million Americans and 1.6 million Britons, which is the first step in Hindu spiritualism. There are numerous well educated Westerners quietly following Hinduism. I have seen their office rooms, study rooms adored with the pictures of Lord Ganesha, who is the first Lord that every Hindu comes to know to progress spiritually. There are several Westerners visit Hindu temples regularly. They have also chosen a lineage of Guru.
In India,Hinduism is more vibrant than ever.Nowadays ,every Hindu visits temples for worship as more and more desires move him /her closer to God.He/she prays God for several material benefits and his/her prayers are answered.Temples in British period were seriously hit by several problems .Now they thrive like anything. There are several examples.Recently a Hindu Golden temple has been built in Vellore.

This is a response to the Jehova Witness friend.
So you bribed a poor soul with a tricycle to come to your fold.Like Democrats or Republicans promise the heaven if you vote for them. What's the difference? Is Jehova like a presidential candidate, if you believe in him or bribe someone to believe him he will favor you?
Religion needs a far higher level of understanding. All those congregations, numbers, conversions definitely show your campaigning skills and money power to be applied against the poorest of the poor. But God has a different game plan altogether and you will need much more maturity to even conceive it,leave alone playing it.

I think the world in general is becoming more secular. Not so in some parts of the world as relates to certain religions, true, but it's true in general. Hinduism is suffering the same fate as almost all religions.

You have never visited India at any time of your life.60 yeras before (when British rule was in India)there were 1000s of Hindu temples which were not having vegetable oil to light even one or two lamps and the priests were asking one or two devotees visiting the temple to provide small amount of oil to light to light atleast one lamp.Temples were infested with bats.Today in 2007, so much of vegetable oil is pouring into 1000s of Hindu temples,100s of oil lamps apart from 100s of Elctric flourescent lamps are burning EVERY DAY,the inside of temples look like day time.Temples are cleaned by devotees(Ulavaara Padai) and kept neat and clean-temple floors are made up of Italian marble or Polished granite. One by one Hindu temple towers are covered with Golden Roofs and have PURE ((24 carat)Golden chariots.Hinduism grows in India leaps and bounds!!!!.The Peria Nandi(Big bull) of Tanjore Brahadeeswara Temple is bathed with 500 litres of milk, donated by the devotees on Pradosham day(twice a month),whereas 60 years before,Nandi was bathed with 0.1 litre of milk from temple funds.Every temple is overcrowded with devotees, one has to wait 4-6 hours to have a Glimpse of the main deity(Moolavar).PLEASE Go to Tirupathi,Madurai,Chidambaram,Tiruchendure and then PLEASE write your opinion.

Religion is thankfully declining everywhere as people become enlightened about this archaic concept.
What is there to not understand about this?
