Yes, but if the septic tank is above the basement toilet you will need a pump to move the waste water into the septic tank. Not a big deal.

Yes you can, but if the septic field is above the basement level, then you will have to have a gravity pump installed. Also, since you are building, you need to install the proper size tank for the number of toilets in the home. A key to go by is:
*750 gallons capacity for 1-2 bedrooms, 1,000 gallons capacity for 3-4 bedrooms, and 250 gallons additional capacity for each bedroom over 4.

You can buy toilets with pump built in them, The pump just plugs into wall out let so be sure to tell your electrtion to add a plug behind the JON. Also let your plumber know as the centre of the toilet is a bit diffrent than a regular Jon

Yes, but you will need something like the Saniflo toilet. It includes a pump and grinder (macerater). They are not cheap. You can also tie in a shower to this toilet. Go to the Saniflo website to get info.
