I never understood why human males have to have their penises docked, like puppies' tails or something!
The only Jewish guy I ever knew was so well scalped, his part retracted into his body when relaxed!

Having been born in The Netherlands in 47 I've had no part of me removed.
In that time and place it was only Jews who went in for that sorta thing.
I'm lead to believe these days most baby boys get docked - I can't see the benefit in it.
Of course in a society where washing isn't high on the agenda I can see it being of value.

They must have a purpose, but I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps protection when we were scurrying around in caves and forests?
