no, I think this passage is very appropriate today.
Ezekiel 23:22 "Therefore, Oholibah, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will stir up your lovers against you, those you turned away from in disgust, and I will bring them against you from every side"

I've read that passage and to be honest, it is pretty raunchy. I find it hard to believe that it's really in there (it is) and that those who put the Bible together allowed it to remain. To claim that this kind of writing is directly from God only cheapens the idea of God, in my humble opinion, and supports the view that man's biases infiltrates Scripture.
