We would probaby welcome them with open arms, even if the aliens didn't have arms. In fact, our Government would probably offer em our first born and 10 virgins a piece.

Legally, everybody born outdoors the rustic is an alien. So someone born in China yet living is Canada is legally an alien. yet obviously at the same time as human beings imagine of extraterrestrial beings from area they don't look questioning legally; they are questioning biologically. An alien that way isn't a human, yet a thoroughly diverse existence style. asserting a diverse species isn't sufficient. Biologists might want to likely ought to make up a sparkling area or Kingdom for any alien existence which will be found.

Yes. When a criminal has not been caught, they frequently try and run for the border. That way they get away from the Cops.

In the old days.. lots and lots of people were running from the police and in the old days, American Outlaws ran for the Mexican Border, and the Mexican Outlaws ran for the American Border. In the old days.. we could not check on the people who came to this country, and as long as they obeyed the law.. we let them stay. There was a lot of room.. we needed people who would work.. they stayed.

These days we can check to be sure you are not a criminal, and we do. The Green Card tells employers that that is the person we checked. He or she is not a criminal.

As long as we're considering the "unlikely", I'd like to give it a twist. I hope the ET's come to do the ONE thing we can't seem to do: Take away all the people who refuse to respect law.

Imagine it, all Latin American nations, the U.S., Canada, every place on earth could form workable governments that serve their people. Legislation would be in the interest of all those subject to its jurisdiction, the people would respect law and the laws would ensure the most mutually beneficial respect among people.

But how would they manage to get all the law-breakers onto the ship? Easy. Pay space-gold for their drugs and tell them there's plenty where that came from .

Of course. Diplomatic immunity only applies to ambassadors, foreign diplomats and their staff and relatives and has nothing to do with working or greencards.

They would require a work permit. Diplomatic immunity is only given to people who work for a foreign government, i.e. ambassador, etc. It can be given to other people but this needs to have been negotiated by the countries government first and is very rare.

Unless they had a claim for asylum they would need visas. We have no diplomatic relations with outer space, currently.

They would need MAJOR health screening, as well.
