YES!!! Take one of those cookie cutter snooze fest tracks off the schedule and put Laguna Seca or VIR onto the schedule. NASCAR needs to either decide to add more road courses or just eliminate them because 2 a year doesnt really affect the outcome of a 36 race season. Now put a race in the chase and that could change the standings dramatically.

NASCAR wants to branch out internationally, In my opinion, one of the best ways they could do that is by adding a few more road courses, and the Road Course races this year were really exciting to watch, so I don't see how another road course, in the chase or not, could be a bad thing.

Yes. I love road course races and I think that adding a road course would be better. I mean in order to win the championship you have to be consistent on all types of tracks and finish consistently all year long and possibly win a few races. I think that you need to be good on short tracks, intermediate tracks, road courses, and superspeedways, and all but one of those types are in the Chase, so the perfect scenario would be to bring Montreal or Mexico City to NASCAR and I think Montreal would be better as the scenery is just amazing that that track is awesome. Just look at the Busch race there earlier in the year. It was awesome.

There should definitely be a road race in the chase. The whole schedule needs to be re-set so the Chase consists of all the unique types of track they race on, not just what happened to be the last ten races when the Chase started.

Either that or they could do what's right and dump this Chase BS altogether and go back to a season long points race like racing has always been based on and should still be...

Yes!! Stock cars may not be graceful on road courses, but so what? It's entertaining, and the best drivers (rather than the best equipment) usually decides the winner. It will be interesting to see Montoya, Franchitti, Villeneuve, Hornish, and Carpentier mix it up with Gordon and Stewart on a road couse next year. I think a road course would be a welcomed addition to the chase.

The Chase definitely needs a road course in it. The one in Mexico City would be a good choice, seeing as they've raced the Busch series there the past couple of years.

Like them or not, road courses are a part of NASCAR. They're also a great measurement of a driver's overall ability. On ovals, it's a decent balance between driver ability and crew ability. On road courses, it's more about the driver.....which is why the chase should have one.

Yes, because the Chase should encompass all the disciplines the regular season incorporates. Why should Talladega be the only "wild card" in the Chase? Personally, I think the reason the Chase ratings slump is because it's always the same ten tracks in the same order. I think NASCAR should change the Chase every year to include more tracks in the championship run.

Yes, not just in the chase but more road courses all around

I think there should be. The Chase has made the road courses pretty much worthelss other than the 10 bonus chase points you get if you win them. A champion should be able to perform well on all types of tracks, not just the same 1.5 mile track every week.

Yes. These drivers drive Stock Cars (or sorta stock) and as such are fully capable of driving on a road course. Unlike other forms of Racing, NASCAR drivers have to master Short courses, Superspeedways, Intermediate tracks and Road Courses. This shows why they are the preeminant drivers in the world.
