Tough question, I may have to drink about it. Let's see there is Dilirium Nocturnum, Stoudts Fest, Russian River Damnation B16, Stone IPA, Sierra Nevada Octoberfest (very limited), and so many more. I think once a bier surpasses a level of perfection it just depends on ones mood or food of choice.

I will need to take the fifth on this one.

anything local and craft brewed. I hate macro brews and everything they stand for....plus they suck at brewing.
Big fan of all of Long Trail's offerings. I also really enjoy Youngs Double Chocolate, Guinness, Murphy's, and Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout. Tuckermans Headwall Alt is great too.
