HELP.computer is protected by ranger.i deleted it and symantec av in safe mode.now it ain't working!!?

computer is protected by ranger.i deleted it and symantec av in safe mode.i removed them from my recycle bin.now my workstation is not appearing,i'm a complete novice.the laptop is from school.i need it fixed.can you retieve deleted items from the bin.HELP!!!!!!!

Don't worry about it & don't make it worse by trying to fix it yourself ...

Take it back to school & tell the IT geek what you did .. they have kids deleting stuff all the time ...
