Can anyone give me instructions (or a website link) on how to transfer TCAL licences from our exisiting terminal server to our new one.

Both machines are running windows 2003. Just don't fancy paying £200+ to MS for a phone call because that is just crazy!

Cheers in advance

Is it crazy? Lets do the math...
If you spend 10 hours researching this and trying to figure it out without "buying" something, and your get paid £30+ per hour (on average), then it costs you £300 in your time that could have been spent doing something else to advance your business/network when a call to MS could possibly do it for £200 + 1 hour (£30), total £230, a £70 savings.

That said, I agree - look online. And Call MS anyway - most Terminal Services questions are FREE, especially when it comes to licensing!

Oh, and save yourself some money - buy a subscription to TechNet Plus Direct - in the US, that's $350, and it comes with TWO incidents of MS support, plus MANY technical resources that could easily help you answer this question. And if you do need to call MS, the per call price works out to a $70 discount and FREE TECHNICAL RESOURCES.
