I mean colors & ... look real, is editing video with softwares the way? or the camera? whats the best software for this job?

I suppose you can make them the same way still photographers make "professional" photos, buy yourself a "professional" video camera and start shooting. It must be that easy, otherwise why are so many people asking what the best way might be?
