Hi Billy,
Hope you are doing well.
I cannot answer your question. But, I can suggest some solution to your problem of constipation.
When you get up in the morning even before brushing drink at least 1 litre of water at a stretch in 1 to 2 minutes. Initially you may feel difficult but with practise you wiil be alright in a weekdays time.
One important thing is that you should not consume any other food liquid or solid 1 hour before and after drinking water.
The above you can do in the evening too.
Studies have shown that it is effective in controlling diabetes, cancer and other stomach disorders.
Hope this helps you. Pass it on to others you feel get benefited.
You should use clean drinking water, preferably purified.
This is my personal testimony/experience.
If you wish let me know the results through mail on raj_bhoga1181@rediffmail.com
Bye and take care
Raj

Most of the side effects or adverse reactions from drugs are almost alike:
Advil is no better. Advil can cause these less serious side effects:
upset stomach, mild heartburn, DIARRHEA;
CONSTIPATION
bloating, gas;
dizziness, headache, nervousness;
skin itching or rash;
blurred vision; or
ringing in your ears.

RAJ I reported you - Your advice can be dangerous and NOBODY here should follow it - you will eventually be responsible for people dying with stupid advice like that - I'm sure you've heard of water intoxication - for people with kidney problems your advice would be FATAL - one should never drink 1 L of water at time - you DON'T need to drink that much water - i reported you and I will make sure your post gets removed.
It's enough that the community has to listen to quacks like you!
For constipation make sure your diet is rich in fibers - and yes you may drink water but not 1 litre at one time, in fact you don't need to drink that much as there is water in most of the foods we eat - try to add vegetables, fruits and fiber in your diet and you should be fine - For chronic constipation you can use psylium fiber which is a natural non invsaive approach, refered to as Metamucil - if your constipation persists consult your doctor - Consult your doctor for his advice before doing anything and stop listening to people like Raj.
As to Advil yes it may cause constipation for some - but if your diet is rich in fibers it should be only temporary.
