Well I would call the Central Bank of Nigeria and ask about the professor. Personally I think you are involved in a scam and the Professor could use $300. , chump.

Never heard of this man, but then I live in England and there are enough scam agents over here.
If he has 10million why does he need to ask you for his hotel fees.
My advice to you would be that all con artists ask for your money first....beware and spend your hard earned money on something for yourself.
