Jenny,
Place it in a brown paper bag and let them know that they may have had a recall on the motor since yours is non-functional. Let them know that even though you got it three months ago you really did turn it off for a couple of hours last week and it just wouldn't turn back on again. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend. I guess you will have to hire another "TOY" until it is replaced.
Thanks,
Eds

find the manufacture, usually they can send you another one with a return label for the broken one, you could simply return the broken one in the box that came with the new one, but save your self the embarrassment like you said, and do not try to take it back to the store, they will never take it back or refund you, I took a broken microphone back and the guy said there is no refund or return policy on items that have come in contact with bodily fluids like spit or etc. you have worn yours out with doing you know what, if you catch my drift, hope that helped.

Contact the manufacturer and let them know that you are very upset that the device stop working properly and demand your money back or ask if they have a warranty. Its all about how you ask and the confidence you show when doing so. If you act like you are embarrassed or feel awkward they will prob walk over you and youll be stuck with the broken device. So in my opinion, i would walk in there and demand my money back......or a replacement.

It wasn't embarassing when you purchased it. The toy is like any other item. It it breaks, then get it fixed or take it back.

When asked for the reason on return, just tell them the rotation is broken.

It is just as clear as that.

Depends if it worth the embarrassment. Do you still have the receipt for the purchase? If not then you should probably get rid of it and find a better quality merchandise to purchase, something with a little guarantee.

Do you still have the box? Is the makers details on the box? Maybe you should contact them if there is, might not be so embaressing. But if nothing else maybe you should ring the shop you bought it from rather than go there, just to ask & see their reaction about returning it, also a little less blush worthy :)

usually there is a no return policy on personal toys.
however, some will replace them at a discount or even for free, depending on if you bought it at a store or ordered it thru the mail.
to reply,
sometimes it's better than than the real thing !!!

They are not going to take it back or refund your money because of the area it's been used in, (east coast, down south, out west whatever) Kind of like trying to exchange used under ware.

Hey, you paid good money for something that doesn't work. Take it back. The people that work there don't care, that's their business. They want you to be happy with their merchandise so you come back. Don't be embarrassed.

For the future, there is mail/internet order that would mitigate any embarrassment.

i would of thought you would have 28 days in which to return something no questions asked but then you cant return underwear so this one a bit tricky as of the time elapsed and the fact its been used lol.
write/email the company who made it and go from there.
I'm sure your very disappointed
