is it ok to give flowers to a guy? if yes what kind, coz i find it really it odd but my hubby likes receiving flowers from me.

Lately, this has become quite acceptable in American culture. When I were a young warthog, it was unthinkable...but in the past twenty years, my pals and I have enjoyed both giving and receiving flowers from our women friends.

If your hubby actually likes getting flowers, then yes by all means get him flowers. Try to find out what kind he likes and buy him a dozen!

Yes. A girlfriend brought me a yellow rose when I was sick and I really appreciated it. It was 10 years ago, we are both married to other people, but I still remember it. The common stereotype is that women are romantic and wish their husbands would be more so, but I believe that most women think of romance as special things that their husbands do for them, not realizing that half of the responsibility is on their side. So I would encourage you give flowers if you want. Of course if you want to do something romantic for a man, the sexier the better.

I used to give both of my partners flowers. Roses, or just a standard bunch that the florist used to make up. I know blokes often say that flowers a "girly", but deep down they do like them! x

Only if you're a gay couple and he's the woman. or fck it, even just to show him who's the man in the relationship (not him) If my girlfriend got me flowers on my graduation day, she would be the one holding them all day because I would NOT be walking around school/campus holding flowers for all my peers to see!! And then I'd tell her to keep them at her place.

Kind of odd.....yes.
A guy will appreciate just about anything you give him though.......even if it's flowers I guess.
Anything that shows you that you care, or that you were thinking of him, he'll appreciate it.
But flowers? strange!

I gave my partner Flowers just yesterday and he was really pleased with them. I got him sunflowers and bizarre purple type cabbage flowers. Go to your local florist and you are bound to see something in there that you know will be right

if he likes it then go for it but to me that just sounds wierd. i mean i am a real guy and i do not want anyone to send me flowers. flowers are not very manly. there are to many girly men out there it creepy
