The attachment was recd but the mail went with no txt msg in it. Why this happnd? What is d solution to get back the text that was sent?

Unless you physicaly saved a copy of the e-mail then you will not be able to retrieve the text, you may have to send the text in a separate e-mail.

Hey, did you check the size of the attachment? .. sometimes i have found that outlook2003 copies a gif image of a document into the message instead of the actual attachment ... if the message size seems ok and yet doesn't open then there shud be something wrong with the installation ... please let me know what the exact error message is ... as a last resort you may have to reinstall from scratch if the application is corrupt ..

Look in your "sent " folder ?
