I personaly do not agree with the current accepted big bang model, it does not work with the accepted laws of physics.
"The laws of physics break down in a singularity"= I don't know.

It doesn't,merely another way of trying to fashion science around a belief in a god.

If you wants facts, read http://www.talkorigins.org/ ( archives and archives of facts )
If you want to discuss singularity: yes, science cannot explain what is going on in a singularity. It is also hard to predict the movement of three objects bumping into each other.

Maths, physics, new theories come along and explain things better - that is the way science works.
There are still lots of work to do,
lots of time required - and the less effort put on crazy ID pseudo-science, the better.

Dembski ( pro-ID) comments in a recent speech he gaves in a speech given in front of biology students are revealing: no matter what facts we throw at ID-people, they will never believe in evolution.

It has nothing to do with science and everything to do with fantasy, fiction, and make-believe.

Doubtless the organizers who promote this are making a great deal of money off it, especially from those innocent faithful who so desperately want to believe in it they will throw in their very last dollar if need be. Take away the money and the notion would collapse.

It's about the money. It is always about the money. The word "scam" comes to mind.

Nothing. It's stealth creationism whose "Wedge Strategy" was exposed online and The Discovery Institute had lots of 'splainin' to do. We're stuck with their leaders and speakers, but they're all about "teach the controversy" (which does not exist).

They have published no papers in peer reviewed journals, except once, and the paper was yanked when it was found it had slipped past the editors.

ID is not explainable by science because it involves the supernatural, which, by definition, cannot be explained by science. But that fact does not disprove ID.

I think it's trying to answer the "why" question, while science answers the "how" question. They are two different spheres.
