How can I get my daughter off a sex offender list

If she's a sex offender, then she belongs on the list for the safety of others. Since she's a minor, the records will probably be sealed when she's 18 anyway.

How in the world did she get on it in the first place?
If she was messing with kids then she needs to be on it.If it is a mix up with someone of the same name then see an attorney.

you can't she is stuck with it for the rest of her life. had a son in the same boat and he is still on the list. grit your teeth and bear it!
