the entire univers of ALL that exists. Not talking about the visible universe but EVERYTHING that exists, not just on the physical level but on the intellectual level and the spiritual level as well. Things as simple as a fly walking on the ceiling can inspire me as can a complex and detailed book. things that a little child would say can be the MOST enlightening because they tend to bring the problem down to it's most basic core and their solutions ALWAYS seem to hit the target directly. INspiration is found in SO many unlikely places that it seems unlikely that we would not be inspired by SOMETHING.

I am inspired by many things
The morning sun an afternoon shower the children at play, a smile from a stranger makes for a lovely day
life its self inspires me to stand strong if only for one more day.
these type questions inspire me to remember what I have to be thankful for amidst all the pain and tears that fall, I too am inspired by love most of all

The fact that in the bible, god kills relentlously. In fact, god, as the protagonist, is really a megolomaniacal murderous dictator. The Antagonist, Satan, helped humans gain knowledge of good and evil. Whomever wrote the bible really got the protagonist and the antagonist mixed up.

These kinds of things inspire me to learn more about theology and why people believe such ludicrous stories as fact.

C'mon, you'd really believe anything that a 600 year old man said he heard from a burning bush? ha!

Books and DVDs. I have lots of them, want lots more. Some of Hollywood's best are as good as a best-seller; in fact most of them were best-selling books first, and became movies because of that. Ones like "Gentlemen's Agreement" or "12 Angry Men" or "To Kill a Mockingbird" . . . I could go on indefinitely. Books keep getting published that make me think, give me ideas and information I can use, entertain me, and suck up as much of my money as Borders is able to get from me. (They get much of my DVD money, too.)

My problem is I don't get them out of the library, because the library always wants me to give them back!
