A days hard work in the yard or garen is the thing that I find to be the MOST relaxing. Spending time with growing things somehow enables me to shut down all the turmoil in my head immediately. Even if I AM working hard and working up a sweat and getting dirty it's stilll totally relaxing to me, at least spiritually, I wish my BODY would agree with my mind on this. This getting old and still wanting to do those things outside simply isn't fair at all. The person that said that, youth is wasted on the young, was SO right about that.

A ride on my horse on a beautiful fall day, just the two of us. I like to take him out and just put a bridle on him, no saddle. I have put my head on his neck and just let him wander. I have relaxed to the point of almost going to sleep, so not probably one of my brightest ways to relax, but I think the most enjoyable.

I go to the gym 10 times a week ...burn lots of energy... then I come home with sore muscles and have a hot bath! That's relaxing... too tired to think abut anything... lol!

Quietly fishing in a nice secluded spot early in the morning.
No sounds, twists of mist still swirling on the waters....
an occasional duck quacking in the distance, just waiting for
the sun to rise. Perfect....Doesn't matter if I catch anything or not.
Have a nice day, Moon :), I'm about to go to sleep.

A long hot shower, reading a good book, sitting in front of a fireplace, cuddling with my husband, floating in a pool of water. Sleep. Prayer.
