I lived there for 4 months about 8 years ago, and I picked up loads of the lingo, but I'm ashamed to admit that I've forgotten most of it now.
I'd love to learn the language again, and return for another long stay in the north eastern Venice, Pordenone, Portoguaro area.

I can speak Italian a bit the basic words but i cant spell for example,camina as walk,muncha as in eat,aple lavoka,open mouth,and some other ones but I'm an Islander and english language is my second then Tongan third and I'm trying to learn how to speak Italian I understand when people talk too.
