If you had a demon in you at the time of death then yes. Judment would still abide on you as someone who rejected christ.
Anyone who belives in christ and repents of "dead works" which is to say THE LAW will pass form death unto life and will have power to cast out demons in christs name.

It depends on how you got possessed by the Demon.
Some people beg for Demons to possess them.
Some Demon possess the dead (so the Soul is Long Gone).
Some Demon Possessions are just someone is sick,.. not mentally but their body is not responding properly or is under attack by something clearly worse then a cold.
Some people act possessed when they take something they are allergic to or makes them sick,.. and people do so love to do that... just how many times have you seen Alcohol being sold in a store.
Some people have mental problems. They may have developed it as a "Survival Technique". The others closest to that are people that think they physically transform into something that can hide or is protected-- like invisiable or a dragon.
Added: People debateing the Origins of Hell,.. I have done research and back tracked things. The religions Christainity spun off of had beings that are currently called Djinni. Djinni are also known as "The Powers of God". God would want something and instruct it to the Djinni, the Djinni could do finer details (like the viens on a leaf) but a wide range of things and could be composed of energy. Basically, People and Fallen Angels got their hands on Djinni, enslaveing them they force them to obey their Will. The Fallen took over worlds the Djinni owned and made them create more. Pre-Modern Hell was places the Djinni were chained up, bound, and tortured. What has happened is.. the Djinni were the things being tortured and could live for hundreds of years-- it was obviously thought at some point " Could you imagain if you were stuck there instead?" So what the fear behind Hell originally was is that you would be in a place where the Djinni were screaming in pain and your Soul would be alike to their bodies, you would be bound and at the mercy of beings that were use to Tortureing these creatures,.. with thousands of years of experience. Just how much could a Human take? And with all that experience how long could they draw out your Agony?
Demons, on the other hand, were creatures the Djinni were forced to create while enslaved. The Djinni often did one thing to upset their captor.. even if they were going to die,.. evewn if their Masters would kill them for it,.. they installed a fear into their Creations of God. This way the Demons they were to create could never fight against or do attacks on God. The Djinni that got away or were let go created worlds (not other planets) where their creations (that were the result of their Masters demands) could live and thrive without interferring with Earth. These places the Enslavers of Djinni would try to take as Kingdoms and a place to torture Djinni... containueing the the mess. As for the Sulpher and other things assosiated with the Demons,.. those are what is left of certain Djinni when they were destroied,.. like wise their Creations and Offspring at times turn to a similar when killed.

There is no such thing as HELL...just like the rapture it was made up by men themselves.....it is a sepraration from God....without him...you do not BURN!!! BUT YOU SHIVER UR AZZ TO DEATH!!!
