For some reason the phrase "Edgeley Optima" springs to mind, but I can't find any search results for it. I also have a vague memory that they were grounded for some sort of safety problem.

Its the Edgley OA-7 Optica. Intended to much of the work usually undertaken by helicopters but much cheaper. The type was effectively killed off by a fire at the factory.

Yes it was the Edgley Optica.
