Yes i know the health risks, and i know that i'll probably pile it back on, but i want ideas. Please help, i want to lose this weight more than anything. The more weight the better

As to the why questions. I am bridesmaid at my best friends wedding and ive put on weight since the first dress fitting. I will be so embarrassed if i cant fit into the dress

Mayo Clinic Diet! It's designed for heart patients and such to loose weight rapidly for surgery etc. You stay strictly on the diet for 12 days and for 2 days you can eat what you want . Then start back again. Sounds reasonable! .
These foods are designed to work together and burn the sugars etc. So you have to stick to it. It's like a dream diet, there is so much food you can hardly eat it all. Very important do not skip the bacon at breakfast or the grapefruit juice at every meal Here is the link that will explain and give the menu. Here is a description of guidelines.
Note, the diet completely eliminates sugars and starches, which are lipids and form fat.
Fat does not form fat. It helps burn it.
So, you can fry foods in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed, the more you eat the more of the proper combination of foods, the more you will lose.
You can lose 10 pounds in 10 days.
There will be no loss the first 4 days, but you will lose 5 pounds on the fifth day.
Therefore, you will lose 1-1/2 pounds every 2 days until you are where you want to be.

go on atkins diets, u lose the most wieght in the first two weeks, depends , more you wiegh the more you'll lose, guys can lose 15-20 pounds, ladies 12-15 pounds, in the first two weeksm i dont know exactly how it happens ,this low card/high protien diets, instead of using carbs for energy your body will use your fat, go to there website, i lost like 17 pounds the first 2 weeks, good luck

Are you trying to lose pounds or inches, because if you're going for pounds then you can do a flush of your system to clean out your intestines (as gross as it sounds) and get rid of all that excess water by drinking a LOT of water every day. If you're going for inches, then let me know when someone gives you a good answer.

Reduce your food.
Or if your so desperate you could do the all dairy diet.
It when you only eat dariy products and fruit and veggies.
It helps.
And water and fruit drinks.
Cocktail possibly with no added sugar.

I think it is patently immoral to suggest something that is potentially dangerous, even fatal (rapid electolyte loss can lead to cardiac arrest). Even the Mayo clinic diet suggested above is done under strict medical supervision.
Use your head. Generally, excessive food consumption is what makes you fat or overweight. Do the math.
My advice? Abandon this stupid plan and do it right.

You can't really loose too much weight in 2 weeks. and if you are looking to lose a lot you are right it will just pile right back on... making it harder to take off again...
