It depends on where you are going firstly? if its within the EU then it is unlikely you will need any vaccinations, however you will still need to be aware of drinking water only from bottles. Anywhere outside the EU is more likely that you will need vaccines such as Hep A and Typhoid especially if you are visiting places such as Africa or Asia.Speak to a practice nurse at your GP surgery, they will be able to provide you with a list of vacinations needed for certain destinations. This is what I did when I travelled to Tunisia last year. Dont leave it too late befor you go on your travels either, ensure you give yourself maximum time so that you will be fully protected. GPs are usually reluctant to give vaccinations within 2 weeks of travelling.

You might not need immunisation as it depends where you are going. The UK for example doesn't have rabies, typhoid, cholera or malaria-bearing insects so your risk of catching them is practically nil. Choose your holiday destination carefully and you won't need vaccinations.

Try the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, www.thehtd.org

A good website for tropical info is

It all depends where and for how longer your holiday is, Cholera is rarely needed, as is Typhiod if your not travelling to the indian sub continent. The htd can advice you better and in person.
