I'm in Arizona here. Yes...I know, we are MST, but we don't observe the time changes here, so during half the year, we are PST.

I have been up looking after my mom. She has Alzheimer's and I don't want her to wander off at night. I stay up to make sure she sleeps well and does not wake the others in the house. I worry about her, so it is hard to sleep. She might get up and open the door wander off into the night. So afraid of that happening. Anyway, she seems to be sleeping and will probably sleep late so I am going to try to get some shut eye too! I am on the cental time zone here!

Actually at CST by the time I read this @ 21/2 hours after you posted, I have been up for close to 3 hours and it is 7:27. Me... early riser not a great sleeper. Hope you are able to sleep and let go of those things which are weighing you down.

i work at night. i usually get home at about 3 am. it's 5:23 AM here in central missouri, so it's been a while since you posted your question, but i needed to see it. thanks for the reminder. LOL. time to hit the hay. g' night.
