You want to gain muscle mass rather than fat. Building muscle requires protein and carbohydrates. The protein is the building block for the muscle tissue and the carbs are the fuel for your existing muscle mass to run on. To stay healthy, increase your protein intake gradually and be sure to use lots of nuts, beans and tofu since too much meat is bad for your health. Eat lots of fruit, especially bananas, and vegetables to keep your vitamin levels up. Intense exercise will increase your need for vitamins.
You must do a lot of sprints and weight training to gain muscle mass. Just eating more will make you fatter but exercises that ask the muscles to move some weight (your body's weight or added weights) are essential. It is not very important to gain bulk in the upper body for soccer except that you need strength to turn and twist to make the changes in position. That means strength in the hips and waist area. You don't want to be skinny in the arms and chest but the legs are the main tools for this sport so concentrate on building muscle mass and strength in the legs, hips, abdomen and lower back. Lots of squats (even without added weights), riding a bike on hills, running up flights of stairs and running in place while pumping the knees high. Add tire drills for agility and play a lot of soccer. Nothing works the soccer muscles better than soccer.

You'll want to gain weight through a healthy method, rather than something like "clog your arteries with grease". I suggest you eat a little bit more food, try to gain a little muscle, or something along those lines.
Still, people have different metabolism, and eating more might not necessarily increase your weight by a significant amount. I would ask why you would want to gain weight, but it's not really my business. Still, don't just eat bars of grease to gain weight, or you'll regret it horribly.

Yes, u need about 25 lbs dude...(@ 5ft tall u r supposed 2 weight 100 lbs..each additional inch will b equivalent to 5 lbs ). Try some starch (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc) or try 2 eat 8 medium portions a day of food. NO sodas/juices, fried/fast foods..all that kind of food will slow u down n get u obese.
Perhaps ur problem is genetic. R ur parents slim?
