What would happen if I stopped using shampoo, but still wet my hair in the shower?

Ur scalp will start to smell and ur hair wouldn't look smooth & silky. It would be harder to maintain as hair would get frizzier unless u use natural heena powder/seyakai to help ur hair look soft & shiny.
